Resumen de Políticas públicas de extensao roral e inovaçoes concituais: limites e potencialidades

Este artigo recorre à literatura recente para analisar potencialidades e limites da implantação da Política Nacional de Assistência Técnica e Extensão Rural.
O objetivo é apresentar o contexto sociopolítico que possibilitou sua emergência e discutir concepções, princípios e opções políticas que compõem o discurso da política. Ao dialogar com a literatura recente sobre o tema, enumera-se uma série de questionamentos que apontam para uma agenda de pesquisa sobre a implementação desta política pública.

This article reviews the recent literature to analyze potentialities and limits of the implantation of the National Politics of Technical Assistance and Agricultural Extension. The objective is to present the social and political context that made its emergency possible and to argue about the conceptions, principles and politic options that compose the speech of the politics. When dialoguing with recent literature on the subject, a series of questionings is enumerated with respect to a research agenda on the implementation of this public politics.
