    En virtud de la desmitificación genealógica del concepto de verdad, se tiende a aceptar la definición que Foucault da de sí mismo como «simplemente nietzscheano», generalmente acentuando su «relativismo» epistémico e histórico cuando, en una lectura más atenta, se debería problematizar más fuertemente la misma conexión entre «verdad» e «historia». Es el Nietzsche de la genealogía en cuanto «historia de la verdad», el que encuentra su completa operatividad en el discurso foucaultiano, en detrimento de asuntos como la «voluntad de poder», el «superhombre» o el «eterno retorno».

    «Rebirths of the tragedy. The «dionysian» and the «history of madness» in Michel Foucault».

    Under the genealogical debunking the concept of truth, we tend to accept the definition that Foucault gives of himself as «just Nietzsche» usually emphasizing its «relativism» epistemic and historical time, a closer reading, one should problematize more strongly the same connection between «truth» and «history.» It’s Nietzsche’s genealogy as «history of truth», which finds its full operation at focaultian discourse at the expense of issues such as the «will to power», the «superman» or the «eternal return.»
