Resumen de Legal responsabilities information technology issues in Uruguay: an academic approach to the subject from a legal point of view

• The subject at hand, Legal Responsibilities in Information Technology Issues, is not new. Quite the opposite, it is one that has been analyzed and developed by well-known jurists during the last few lustrums. Not withstanding this, the subject is cloaked with certain features that invites us to catalogue it as new, in view of the rapid onset of information and communication technology imprinting computers through its constant evolution, with dynamism, development and an evolution that mark its nature.
