Resumen de Private life: a sensitive data in Portugal
In this article, the author tell us about the sensitive data and the "Private life" in Portugal. This last concept is considered as sensitive data not only in portuguese Law 67/98: it is also characterised in that way by article 35, n. 3 of the Portuguese Constitution.
