Resumen de Ciudadanías, política y tecnologías: lo (im)posible de otras formas de lo común

El presente artículo plantea que las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación se han integrado al proceso de transformación (político, social, económico, cultural, científico) que viven nuestras sociedades, convirtiéndose en un soporte para la producción social de significado. De dichos cambios están emergiendo nuevas posibilidades para comprender y deconstruir el concepto de ciudadanía. En la primera parte se plantean las transformaciones en la tecnopolítica, donde tecnologías, cultura y política se relacionan de manera compleja y relacional. En segundo lugar se aborda la pregunta de hasta dónde es posible hablar de ciudadanía hoy, para en el tercer apartado abordar la relación cibercultura, política y ciudadanías. Finalmente, se presenta en el cuarto apartado el caso de dos colectivos de mujeres en los que se destacan las ambigüedades y potencias de dicha relación para repensar las ciudadanías hoy.

This article point out that the information communication technologies are integrated to the current social transformations (politics, social, economics, cultural and scientific) and they are a very important infrastructure for the social production of meaning. From there are being created new possibilities to understand and deconstruct the citizenship concept. In the first part are presented the techno-politic transformations where technology, culture and politics are connected in a complex and relational way.
In the second part, it is analysed the question about how to understand the citizenship today. In the third part the relationship between ciberculture, politic and citizenships is studied. Finally, it is presented a study-field case with two women�s collective. The potential of political creativity related with the use of these technologies are showed, but also the ambiguities and challenges.
