      Este artículo se interesa por las políticas de la familia y de la pequeña infancia en Francia. Si estas políticas se inician en el siglo XIX con las cajas obreras y los complementos salariales, conocen un importante desarrollo a partir de los años 1930 con la aprobación de nuevas leyes que generalizan ciertas ayudas familiares y la aprobación de códigos específicos. No obstante, el verdadero auge de las políticas familiares y de la pequeña infancia se produce después de la Segunda Guerra mundial, con la instauración progresiva de un Estado de Bienestar, y sobre todo a partir de los años 1980. Estas políticas son reactivadas durante los años 1990, lo que permite al Hexágono situarse en la cabeza de los países desarrollados en cuanto a la tasa de natalidad. Para algunos países, las políticas galas de la familia y de la pequeña infancia se han convertido en ejemplos a seguir en su voluntad de reactivar su natalidad y de permitir a las mujeres compaginar su vida familiar con su vida profesional.

      This article is interested in the politics of the family and of the small infancy in France. If these politics begin in the XIXth century with the working banks and the wage complements, they know an important development from the 1930's with the approval of new laws that generalize certain familiar helps and the approval of specific codes. Nevertheless, the real heyday of the politics relatives of the family and of the small infancy takes place after the Second World war, with the progressive restoration of a Welfare state, and especially from the 1980's. These politics are reactivated during the 1990's, which allows the Hexagon to be located in the head of the countries developed as for the valuation of birthrate. For some countries, the French politics of the family and of the small infancy has turned into examples continuing in his will to reactivate his birthrate and to allow the women to combine her familiar life with her professional life.
