El Concierto Económico entre Euskadi y España es la clave del modelo de gobierno de la Comunidad Autónoma de Euskadi. El Concierto establece la relación bilateral en materia tributaria y financiera. El presente trabajo analiza el impacto del concierto económico en el desarrollo económico de Euskadi así como en las diferentes políticas sociales aplicadas.

The Economic Agreement between the Basque Country and Spain is the essence of the Basque government. According to the agreement tax and finance relations among both institutions are determined. The Agreement has been an instrument for economic progress, and to improve the quality of life and well-being of the Basque society through the different social policies.
