  • From the Memorandum on Higher Education in the European Community to this year�s Budapest-Vienna Declaration, over Bologna and Maastricht, thousands of students have been moving around and studying in Europe and even further afield.

    Would this have been possible without the impact of the EU policies on Education? Would the fantastic increase in the newest communication and transportation tools over the last decades have achieved the same results, i.e. a higher education area with more comparable, compatible and coherent systems in Europe and �.worldwide.
