Resumen de Angling for enthusiasm hooks students
This article describes an algebra activity that was developed around a common Western New York recreation--fishing. Students use a fish-weight formula to estimate the weights of various artifacts and culminates and then analyze the degree of fit between the formula and data collected on classmates.
