Resumen de Concepciones de evaluación y de evaluación docente

El presente artículo constituye un avance teórico de la investigación intitulada: "CONCEPCIONES, TENDENCIAS Y PROBLEMAS EN LA EVALUACIÓN DEL DESEMPEÑO DEL PROFESOR UNIVERSITARIO", adelantada por la autora en el contexto de la Maestría en Educación, ofrecida por la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional. La investigación, con el tiempo, se vinculará con el gran Proyecto, intitulado:
"Evaluación del aprendizaje en la Educación Superior, como posibilidad formativa y formadora", adelantado por varias Universidades del país.
Se espera, con éste y nuevos adelantos escriturales de la investigación, elucidar ópticas evaluativos, apropiarlas, establecer qué sucede en la UPTC, con la evaluación del desempeño docente para, desde allí, proponer pautas y acciones que, en realidad, propicien cambios personales primero, colectivos, después, en el devenir de la Educación Superior colombiana, en pos de la calidad que debe rodear todo encuentro de aula o extra aula, protagonizado por docentes y discentes.

This paper constitutes a theoretical advance of the research project named: "Concepts, tendencies and issues in university teachers' performance evaluation", carried out by the author in the context of the Masters in Education, at the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional. Throughout time, this project will be linked to the wider research project "Learning evaluation in college level education as a formative possibility", carried out by several universities in Colombia.
With this and future advances in the research project, it is expected to explain evaluative points of view and assume them; establishing what happens at the UPTC regarding the teacher performance evaluation; also, to propose actions and guides that truly motivate changes, first on the personal level, then group changes; all of them linked to the quality that must surround every class or extraclass encounter, where the main characters are teachers and students.
