    Las Federaciones deportivas españolas están reguladas en la Ley 10/1990, de 15 de octubre, del Deporte, y en el Real Decreto 1835/1991, de 20 de diciembre, sobre Federaciones Deportivas Españolas y Registro de Asociaciones Deportivas. Son entidades privadas que cumplen una función pública, y esta función es la razón por la cual tienen muchos beneficios contenidos en dicha regulación. En este artículo se analizan los procesos de constitución y extinción de las Federaciones Deportivas en España.

    Spanish Sport Federations are regulated in the 10/1990 Law of Sport, and in the 1835/1991 Decree of Spanish Sport Federations and Sport Associations Registry. They are private entities with a public function, and this function is the reason why they have many benefits contained in this regulation. In this article the constitution and the extinction process of the Sport Federations in Spain will be analysed.
