Riesgos laborales y alteraciones de la salud en niños y adolescentes empacadores de automercados en el municipio Cabimas

    Con el propósito de analizar los Riesgos laborales y las Alteraciones de la Salud, presentes en niños y adolescentes empacadores en automercados del municipio Cabimas, se realizó una investigación descriptiva, correlacional, de corte transversal en la que se aplicó un cuestionario anónimo, de escala dicotómica a un grupo de sesenta niños y adolescentes, todos del género masculino que laboran en los principales automercados del municipio. Se obtuvo que el promedio de edad del grupo de niños es de catorce años, ajustándose a la normativa; la antigüedad en el puesto fue de veinte meses promedio. En general, el grupo está expuesto a riesgos de tipo disergonómico, en la ejecución de movimientos repetitivos; también se obtuvo que en esta región algunos niños manipulan directamente sustancias como detergentes y cloro ya que participan en la limpieza de la corredera de chequeo de los víveres. La mayoría no demuestra factor de riesgo psicosocial como tensión e intranquilidad. En cuanto a las enfermedades, un pequeño grupo manifestó síntomas de obstrucción en las vías respiratorias y otro porcentaje refirió dolor en algunas regiones del cuerpo mientras trabaja. En cuanto a los accidentes casi ninguno refirió haber sufrido caídas, golpes o heridas durante su trabajo. La investigación también arrojó que en esta región el patrono no ejerce su rol proteccionista y los menores no reciben remuneración directa, por lo que facilita la realización de otras investigaciones en las que se realicen evaluaciones antropométricas que permitan la identificación temprana y oportuna de problemas específicos; de igual manera, este estudio pretende sensibilizar a los organismos competentes para que se incluya a este grupo de menores trabajadores en los registros y servicios de salud ocupacional, dando a conocer al patrono los posibles riesgos a los que se exponen y las consecuencias para la salud, pudiéndose afectar su crecimiento y su desarrollo.

    With the purpose of analyzing the labor Risks and the Alterations of the Health, present in children and adolescent automercados packers in the municipality Cabimas, was carried out a descriptive investigation of cross section in which an anonymous questionnaire was applied, of dichotomy scale to a group of sixty children and adolescents, all of the masculine gender that work in the main automercados of the municipality. It was obtained that the average of age of the group of children is of fourteen years, being adjusted to the regulatory scheme; the antiquity in the position was of twenty months average. In general, the group is exposed to risks of type disergonómico, in the execution of repetitive movements; it was also obtained that in this region some children manipulate substances directly since as detergents and chlorine they participate in the cleaning of the slide of checkup of the provisions. Most doesn't demonstrate factor of risk psicosocial like tension and uneasiness. As for the illnesses, a small group manifested obstruction symptoms in the breathing roads and another percentage referred pain in some regions of the body while he/she works. As for the accidents almost none referred to have suffered falls, blows or wounds during their work. The investigation also threw that in this region the boss doesn't exercise his list protective and the minor don't receive direct remuneration, for what facilitates the realization of other investigations in those that are carried out evaluations anthropometrics that allow the early and opportune identification of specific problems; in a same way, this study seeks to sensitize to the competent organisms so that it is included to this group of smaller workers in the registrations and services of occupational health, giving to know the boss the possible risks to those that are exposed and the consequences for the health, being able to affect its growth and its development.
