Resumen de Process teaching: another arrow in your quiver
This article introduces Process Teaching (PT), a student centred approach where there is less pressure on the learners to produce before they are ready. It takes into account the non-linear nature of grammar and encourages students to test out hypotheses they may have. There is a general theoretical overview which is followed by a discussion on some of the criteria necessary for PT. There then follows a set of practical classes which are an example of how PT can be used in the classroom. In conclusion it is suggested that PT is beneficial to learners as it is concerned with the menal processes that the students go through.
