Resumen de Nuevos datos sobre el género Placynthium en la Península Ibérica

Se aportan los datos morfológicos y los mapas de distribución de diez taxones pertenecientes al género Placynthium de la Península Ibérica.
Placynthium lismorense constituye una segunda cita peninsular. Se amplían considerablemente las áreas de distribución de todos los taxones.
P. nigrum y P. subradiatum son las especies más frecuentes y abundantes. Por otro lado, P. dolichoterum es muy rara.

The morphology and the distribution maps of ten taxa of the genus Placynthium is reported from the Iberian Peninsula. Placynthium lismorense is reported for second time in the Iberian Peninsula. The distribution areas of the taxa are enlarged. P. nigrum and P. subradiatum are the most frequent species, while P. dolichoterum is very rare.
