Desarrollo y vertebración del turismo del vino en la Península Ibérica

    El turismo está evolucionando hacia viajes más cortos en el tiempo y con una mayor frecuencia, con lo cual se están creando nuevos productos y destinos turísticos para dar respuesta a los actuales gustos del consumidor. En este artículo presentamos un análisis del enoturismo desde la óptica de que el vino (y la gastronomía) puede ser, y a menudo es, el principal motivo para visitar una determinada ciudad, y no necesariamente una segunda (o complementaria) actividad del viaje. Así, se presenta una perspectiva de la tendencia de la evolución del enoturismo en Portugal y España, realizando una evaluación cualitativa del mismo y presentando su potencialidad. Y, finalmente, nos adentramos en la importante relación que existe entre la cultura y el vino.

    The tourism is development towards shorter trips in the time and with a major frequency, with which new products and tourist destinations are created to give response to the current pleasures of the consumer. We present an analysis of the wine tourism from the optics of which the wine (and the gastronomy) can be, and often it is, the principal motive for visiting a certain city, and not necessarily a second (or complementary) activity of the trip. Similarly, we show a perspective of the tendency of the evolution of the wine tourism in Portugal and Spain, realizing a qualitative evaluation of the same one and presenting his potentiality. And, finally, we penetrate into the important relation that exists between the culture and the wine.
