El Cine multi-protagonista: Autenticidad, "lenguajes sutiles" y "lotta continua"

    Este artículo se circunscribe en la �lotta continua� cultural preconizada por Charles Taylor dentro de lo que él llama el ideal de la autenticidad. A partir de la descripción de las epifanías indirectas en la poesía modernista que él mismo hace a lo largo de sus obras, The Malaise of Modernity y Sources of the Self, rastrearemos su posible aplicación en el cine multi-protagonista. Así, veremos cómo en el cine posmoderno no se responde únicamente a la dimensión formal de la autenticidad, sino que alberga, en algunos casos, un contenido moral, aunque éste sea inseparable de una lectura personal del texto cinematográfico.

    This paper fights the cultural �lotta continua� provoked by Charles Taylor inside the ideal of the authenticity. The description of the indirect epiphanies in the modernist poetry, made in his works, The Malaise of Modernity and Sources of the Self, will help us to identify their potentials of application in the multi-protagonist cinema. We will see how the post-modern cinema does not only respond to the formal dimension of the authenticity, but, in some cases, includes a moral content, although this is inseparable of a personal reading of the cinematic text.
