    En este artículo se expone la investigación realizada sobre el proceso de inserción laboral de tituladosde la Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED) que han realizado sus estudios en nuevetitulaciones de Ciencias Sociales, Humanidades e Ingeniería. Se presenta el marco teórico y el modelode investigación descriptiva que se ha llevado a cabo. Se ha utilizado la técnica de encuesta mediante laaplicación de un cuestionario construido ad hoc y entrevistas telefónicas a los egresados. En la investigaciónse ha considerado la situación laboral durante la realización de la carrera, la búsqueda de empleopor parte de los titulados en paro y el cambio de trabajo después de terminar los estudios. Se ofrecenlos resultados del análisis del proceso de inserción laboral y su relación con la formación llevada a cabodespués de terminar la carrera y la obtención de empleo. Asimismo se consideran las vías usadas parala búsqueda de trabajo y su utilidad. Finalmente se ofrecen propuestas para futuras investigaciones ypara la mejora de los procesos de orientación a los universitarios.

    In this papper we expouse the research developing about the process of entering in the professional lifeof graduates of the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED) from nine diferents degreesof Social Sciences, Humanities and Engineering.It is presented the teoretical framework and the research model adopted. In this papper, we study theprocess of entering in the professional life of the graduates and the relationship being between the formationadquire and the consecution of a workstation.It is made a descriptive study by the application of diferent questionnaires and telephon interviews to thegraduated. In the research we have considerated the laboral situation during the university studies, theconsecuiton of work for the graduaten unemployed and the work change after the studies end.We show the results of the análisis of the work insertion process and its relasionship with the formationcarried at the end of the studies and the employ obtention. Almost we consider the ways used for searchingwork and its utility.Finally, from the conclusions, we offer future research propousal and for the improve of the vocationalguidance proceses, before, during and at the end of the degree and in the process of labour enterance.
