  Si bien el turista puede perfectamente beneficiarse de la protección prevista por el ordenamiento para todo consumidor, es conveniente, por no decir que imprescindible, el establecimiento de medidas específicas para su protección. Por ello, el presente trabajo se detiene en los aspectos centrales del régimen jurídico del contrato de viaje combinado, tal y como queda tras su interpretación en el conjunto del texto refundido

  Even though tourists may perfectly benefit from the legal protection provided by, the legal framework for all consumers it is convenient, not to say essential, to establish specific measures for their protection. Thus, the present paper aims to analyse the core aspects of the «forfait» contract legal regime as it is conceived after being interpreted in the context of the adapted «texto refundido».
