Recurriendo a algunas ideas de Walter Benjamin y del romanticismo, se intenta poner en perspectiva la relación que establece la Nueva Ola de cine francés, y en particular François Truffaut, con la tradición cinematográfica. Luego, se confronta esas ideas con la idea de autor que es central en la mirada de Truffaut sobre la historia.

Appealing to some ideas of Walter Benjamin and of the romanticism I will intent to display the relationship between the new wave of French Cinema and particularly the one that Francois Truffaut establishes with the traditional filming industry before this new wave. Then, it is confronted those ideas with author's idea that is central in the look of Truffaut on the history.
