Y no solo demostrando la validez e interacción de aquéllos postulados en los tiempos actuales en que vivimos, sino reconociendo que son parámetros de justicia y de legitimidad social.

The author hopes to point out the existing interconnection between the legal principles advocated in former times by Beccaria, the distinguished criminal lawyer, and the current dogmatic that dominates the criminal law. And not only proving the validity and interaction of those postulates at our current times, but that it recognized that they are parameters of justice and of social legitimacy.
