Resumen de El sentido de la libertad

El artículo pretende preparar el terreno conceptual para el uso correcto de la atribución de libertad. Se defiende en él la importancia de considerar la comple- mentariedad de la libertad de la acción y la libertad de la voluntad, y se aboga a favor de una concepción no metafísica de la adscripción de libertad. El uso ade- cuado de la atribución de libertad es social y normativo. Eso significa, entre otras cosas, que no es la libertad la que es un supuesto de la responsabilidad moral y de la autoría, sino al revés, éstas últimas son presupuestos de la atribución de libertad.

In the article it is pretended to prepare the conceptual field for the correct use of the attribution of freedom. It is defended the importance to consider the com- plementarity of freedom of action and freedom of the will and it is argued for a non-metaphysical conception of adscription of freedom. The adequate use of the attribution of freedom is social and normative. This means additionally that the freedom is not a presupposition of the moral responsibility and the authorship, but on the contrary the moral responsibility and the authorship are presupposi- tions of the attribution of freedom.
