    Tal e como indica o título, este ensaio é, por unha parte, un estudo interpretativo das dúas historias paralelas que compoñen a ficción de �Todos los fuegos el fuego� e, por outra, a xustificación da súa estrutura na que o narrador combinou habelenciosamente dúas alternativas compositivas: o entrecruzamento e a ensamblaxe. Na súa parte final, o ensaio inclúe unha eséxese dos sentidos e función encomendados ao �lume� neste conto de Julio Cortázar

    As the title indicates, this essay is both an interpretative study of the two parallel stories composing the fiction �All fires the fire�, and a justification of its structure, in which the narrator skilfully combines two alternative forms of composition: interweave and ensemble. In its final part, the essay includes an exegesis of the senses and function entrusted to �fire� in this short story by Julio Cortázar.
