Resumen de Las competencias de las comunidades autónomas para la ejecución de las medidas privativas de libertad impuestas a los menores: el ejemplo del Decreto 80/2009, de 21 de abril, sobre centros educativos de cumplimiento de medidas privativas de libertad en la Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco
Abstract: Increasingly, the number of Autonomous Communities that make use of their powers in the area of minors to develop more specific laws on the implementation of the detention measures is rising. This shows the progressive recognition of the relevance given to the specific and systematic regulation of the life system and characteristics of the facilities used for serving custodial sentences. Decree 80/2009 of 21 April on educational centers used for serving custodial sentences in the Autonomous Community of the Basque Country is the latest example of this legislation.
