Este trabajo pretende disipar las dudas y temores sobre el Plan Bolonia, analizando su contexto histórico, sus antecedentes y fundamentos, sus principales etapas y actores, hasta dejar claro que Bolonia es una reforma universitaria necesaria, que ofrece muchas oportunidades y tiene que afrontar también grandes retos.

The aim of this paper is to remove the doubts and dreads concerning the Bologna Plan, by analysing its historical context, its precedents and foundations and its main steps and promoters, so that it becomes clear that Bologna is an ambitious university reform, which offers many opportunities and faces big challenges too.
