Resumen de Algunas notas sobre sacerdotes solicitantes y amancebados en Córdoba del Tucumán durante el siglo XVIII

El presente estudio pretende analizar la solicitación sexual en el confesionario, denunciada ante los comisarios de la Inquisición que trabajaban durante el siglo XVIII en Córdoba, bajo la dependencia del Tribunal de Lima. La investigación comienza por examinar la relación entre el nuevo rol para el confesor diseñado por el Concilio de Trento, la transformación de la práctica popular de la confesión y la aparición de sacerdotes solicitantes que conllevó a la jerarquía de la iglesia a solicitar la intervención represiva de la Inquisición. A renglón seguido, se hace un análisis del modo en que el Santo Oficio tipificó la figura de la solicitación, los procedimientos especiales utilizados y los castigos prescritos. Posteriormente, se intenta describir el perfil de las partes y las distintas formas de solicitación que tuvieron los involucrados denunciados ante el Comisario de Córdoba. Para su realización se han utilizado como fuente la documentación existente en el Archivo del Arzobispado de Córdoba (Argentina).

The present study tries to analyze the sexual solicitation in the confessional, denounced before the commissioners of the Inquisition who were employed during the 18th century at Cordoba, under the dependence of the Court of Lima. The research begins for examine the relation between the new role for the confessor designed by the Council of Trent, the transformation of the popular practice of the confession and the priests appearance solicitors, that she carried to that the hierarchy of the church to requesting the repressive intervention of the Inquisition. To followed line there is done an analysis of the way in which the Holy Trade typified the figure of the solicitation, the special used procedures and the prescribed punishments. Later, one tries to describe the profile of the parts and the different forms of solicitation that had involved denounced before the Commissioner of Cordoba. For the accomplishment they have used as source the existing documentation in the File of the Archbishopric of Cordoba (Argentina).
