    En el trabajo se revisa el régimen de las competencias compartidas introducido por las recientes reformas estatutarias a la luz de la doctrina constitucional desde la doble perspectiva de las competencias que se comparten entre el Estado y las Comunidades Autónomas por razón de las funciones (legislación, básica o de desarrollo, y ejecución) y de la materia.

    In the work there is checked the regime of the shared competences introduced by the recent reforms of the Autonomies Statutes from the point of view of the constitutional doctrine and from the double perspective of the shared competences between the State and the Autonomous Regions because of the functions (legislation, basic or of development, and execution) and the matter.
