  • Brief overview of the different interventions carried out at the Iruña-Veleia archaeological site. Within the framework of the Iruña-Veleia III. Millennium Project, attention was focused mainly on the residential zone behind the inner face of the wall, next to the southern entrance (sector 3), as well as on the old “Verástegui” sector to the north of the walled precinct (sector 13). As regards fieldwork, work continued on the consolidation and assessment of the different sectors. We also began to work with interns from an archaeology assistant workshop-school.
