Resumen de La ciudadanía en el discurso constitucional y escolar venezolano

  Este artículo tiene como propósito presentar parte de los resultados de una investigación culminada referida al análisis de las bases ideológico-políticas del discurso escolar de la ciudadanía; se aborda el problema desde la perspectiva hermenéutica con el objeto de penetrar la madeja compleja de lo formal- institucional, en la búsqueda del significado otorgado al concepto de ciudadanía en las Constituciones de la República de Venezuela de los siglos XIX y XX y su incidencia en el discurso formal de la escuela básica. Entre los hallazgos se revela que el discurso de la ciudadanía en los contextos analizados, es fugaz, fragmentado, neutral y excluyente.

  This article aims to present part of the results of a finished research about the analysis of the ideological-political basis of school discourse of the civil society. The problem is tackled from the hermeneutic perspective aiming to penetrate the complex hank of the formal-institutional contexts, looking for the meaning given to the concept of civil society in the Constitutions of the Republic of Venezuela in the 19th an 20th centuries and their incidence in the formal primary education discourse. Among the findings it is revealed that civil society discourse in the analyzed context is fleeting, fragmented, neutral and excluding.
