    El artículo aborda el Principio Constitucional de división de poderes, definido como técnica de distribución de funciones para garantizar el mayor ámbito de libertad para el ciudadano, cuya esencia se ha mantenido inmutable no obstante adecuarse en su instrumentación a los diferentes contextos históricos; a fin de analizar las bases y las transformaciones que ha sufrido el Principio y sus nuevas manifestaciones, para que a través de conclusiones que integramos con algunas reflexiones poder realizar algunos aportes al debate en torno al Derecho Constitucional actual y los desafíos que debe asumir de la mano de la globalización y sus múltiples efectos.

    The article deals with the Constitutional Principle of power divisions defines like a tecnical of the distributions of functions to warrant the higher field of freedom to the citizen. The essence of the Principle had kept inmutable even thoug that it adapts in its instrumentation to the different historical contexts. The articles analizes the grounds and transformations that the Principle suffered and its news manifestations in order to integrate in the conclusions some reflexions about the debate of the current Constitutional Law.
