Entre la disciplina y la rebeldía: Miranda versus Sancho Dávila (1936-1938)

    Cuando aún se desconocía qué tipo de régimen acabarían imponiendo los sublevados, tuvieron lugar en la Falange andaluza una serie de acontecimientos que acabaron enfrentando a los mandos del periodo republicano con aquellos jerarcas de segunda fila que, tras el inicio del conflicto, habían ascendido en el escalafón falangista. Llegada la hora de la reestructuración del partido, aquellos jerarcas se negaron a perder la relevancia y el poder que habían conseguido. Tomando, pues, como línea central las diferencias surgidas entre Dávila y Miranda, analizamos aquí una de las causas que estuvieron detrás de la domesticación definitiva de la Falange.     When it was still not known which type of regime the uprising would finally usher in, a set of events occurred in the Andalusian Falange movement that ended up bringing the commanders of the Republican period into conflict with the second-level leaders who, after the conflict had begun, had risen up the Falangist ranks. When the time came to restructure the party, these second-level bosses refused to stand down and give up the power they had achieved. Taking up the differences between Dávila and Miranda as the central thread, the article analyses one of the causes that lay behind the final domestication of the Falange movement.
