A concise look at the life, travels and works of Pedro Cubero Sebastián (1645?-1700?), the first person to travel around the world in the opposite direction to the ship of Elcano, with the special feature that he did it most of the time by land. Especially emphasized is his way through the Near East. There are some precisions on the chronology of his life and travels, too.
