    En este artículo se analiza cómo percibe el profesorado la incidencia de la Acción Tutorial en el Clima de Trabajo en los centros educativos. Esta investigación viene determinada por factores tan importantes como comunicación, motivación y participación; y otros de menor relevancia pero que no se deben olvidar como la dirección del centro, contexto, organización, planificación interna, convivencia etc. Responde a la preocupación por la mejora del sistema educativo español y del funcionamiento de la organización educativa, desde el estudio y conocimiento riguroso.

    In this article it is analized the way that the teaching staff perceives the tutorial staff incidence in the working environment of the centres. This investigation is determined by important factors as communication, motivation and participation. There are also less important factors, but they can't be forgotten, for example the direction of the center, context, organisation, internal planning, coexistence, this is related to the preoccupation about the improvement of the Spanish educative system and the development of the educative organisation from the study and the rigorous knowledge.
