A didactic of alternation, that is to say a way of teaching different from that usually practiced in schools, is to be invented. Of course, lectures, which are a didactic method especially well adapted to the transmission of theorical knowledges, have their place in teaching by alternation. But experience acquired in working situation must be exploited didactically. So, teachers must accept to reverse their disciplinary logic and to enter interdisciplinary logic of knowledge production, from explication and problematization of true life situations.
