Redes virtuales de PYMES: un caso estudio en el sector textil español

    En el presente trabajo se analizan las tipologías de relaciones interorganizacionales a nivel estructural más habituales entre PYMES. Se estudia también el concepto complementario de «netchain», correspondiente a una forma estructural utilizada habitualmente por las PYMES, y que supone una combinación de las relaciones ver ticales y horizontales. En concreto se propone el concepto de netchain o "red de redes" virtual. La parte teórica del trabajo se complementa con un caso de estudio correspondiente a una red de empresas del cluster textil valenciano (España) correspondiente a una pyme textil que mantiene relaciones ver ticales con otros miembros de su cadena de suministro, al mismo tiempo que establece una red con otras empresas de su área, formando una red de redes.

    In this paper interorganizational relations of SMES are analyzed.The complementary concept of the netchain is studied, amplifying and clarifying its scope including both ver tical and horizontal relationships, which is the typical situation in the case of the SMES.The paper proposes a new organizational model, which could be called the Virtual Netchain. The theoretical part of the paper is supplemented by a case study from the Valencia Household Textile Cluster, in which is examined the case of a small textile enterprise that maintains ver tical relations with members of its supply chain and at the same time as it is in a network with other companies in its area, thus forming an authentic netchain.
