    La investigación tiene como propósito determinar factores intervinientes externos a la organización tales como: Gubernamentales, de Competencia, Circunstancias Macroeconómicas del país y Tecnológicos, asociados al éxito gerencial con la finalidad de proyectar y proponer un modelo de éxito gerencial fundamentado en el reforzamiento de conductas gerenciales tomando en cuenta la misión y visión de la organización, para que sirva a empresas pequeñas o medianas dedicadas a cualquier tipo de actividad comercial, a través de ejemplos de éxito de compañías nacionales, ratificando y reforzando sus aspectos positivos; aún cuando es conocido que la gerencia venezolana se desenvuelve en un entorno difícil, obligándola a adquirir información y saberes acerca del ambiente turbulento, cambiante y exigente que le rodea; permitiéndole identificar problemas emergentes y construir una visión de futuro basada en ese ambiente externo. Para tal fin se utilizó un diseño de investigación descriptivo, conformado por una población seleccionada de cincuenta empresas en el sector de los químicos similares y conexas existentes en la Región Zuliana ubicadas en la Costa Oriental y Occidental del Lago, arrojando una muestra de veinte compañías a través de un muestreo probabilístico–aleatorio; aplicándoles el instrumento denominado cuestionario que permita el análisis, descripción e identificación exhaustiva de los factores mencionados asociados al éxito gerencial, a través de conductas gerenciales que permitan impulsar virtualmente un programa detallado de éxito tanto para él como para la organización que dirige, a través de las estrategias que involucran las fuerzas que deben ser utilizadas; las limitaciones que deben ser minimizadas; las oportunidades que deben ser aprovechadas y las amenazas que deben ser controladas.

    The investigation must like intention determine external intervening factors to the organization such as: Governmental, of Competence, Technological, and the country’s Macroeconomic Circumstances of the country and, associated to the managemental success in order to project and to propose a model of managemental success based on the reinforcing of managemental conducts taking into account the mission and vision from the organization, so that it serves to companies small or medians dedicated to any type as commercial activity, through examples of success of national companies, ratifying and reinforcing his positive aspects; even though it is known that the Venezuelan management develops in difficult surroundings, forcing it to acquire data and saberes about the turbulent atmosphere, changing and demanding that surrounds to him; allowing to identify emergent problems and to construct a based vision him of future in that external atmosphere. For such aim a descriptive design of investigation was used, conformed by a selected population of fifty companies in the sector of existing the similar and connected chemicals in the Zuliana Region located in the Eastern and Western Coast of the Lake, throwing a sample of twenty companies through a probabilistic-random sampling; applying to them to the denominated instrument questionnaire that allow the analysis, description and exhaustive identification of the factors mentioned associated to the managemental success, through managemental conducts that allow to as much drive virtually a detailed program of success for him as for the organization that directs, through the strategies that involve the forces that must be used; the limitations that must be diminished; the opportunities that must be taken advantage of and the threats that must be controlled.
