En tres diferentes cilindros cassitas del British Museum nos encontramos con paralelos parecidos en otras colecciones, pues su iconografía es casi idéntica. Una comparación entre estos nos demostrará si las diferencias también se extienden a sus dimensiones, el color de la piedra o inscripción.
Los temas pictóricos entre los cilindros BM 89849/Jitta 109 (I.) y BM 102420/Hakemi (II.) se interpretan como divinidades protectoras personales, mientras que los cilindros BM134682/deClercq260bis (III.) se refieren a una divinidad de la fertilidad. Todas las imágenes presentadas pertenecen por su estilo en el primer grupo cassita. La clasificación cronológica bajo criterios iconográficos se extiende desde finales del siglo 15 (II) hasta mediados del 14 (I y III).
Las inscripciones fueron traducidas, comentadas y comparadas con otros textos conocidos por Monika Hölscher. La comparación con la leyenda en ejemplos análogos resultó negativa, a pesar del motivo el cual es idéntico pero no hay correlación en su parte literal.

Three pairs of cylinder seals with nearly identical iconographies are compared. The investigation will demonstrate, wether there are also parallels in respect of height, color and inscription.
The interpretation of the motifs shows that the first two pendants, BM 89849/Jitta 109 (I.) and BM 102420/Hakemi (II.), contain representations of personal protective gods resp. attributes, whereas the third pair, BM134682/deClercq260bis (III.), indicates a fertility god. The themes belong to the first cassite group, their dating ranges individually from the end of 15th up to the first half of 14th century.
The inscriptions of the seals from the British Museum were worked out by Monika Holscher and compared with known examples. The comparison of the legends of the analog seals proved negative, although the iconography seems identical there is no litarary corroboration
