    Partimos de la incorporación del cuento de tradición oral en la literatura infantil y/o juvenil, hecho que nos plantea cuestiones varias acerca del proceso de reescritura, la literaturización, y el nuevo contexto de recepción.

    En relación con el texto literario resultante, solicitamos no ya el estudio comparatístico sino la crítica inmanente de ese hipertexto, nuevo texto autorial en el sistema lij. Se defiende la necesidad de la crítica y se establece toda una serie de pautas de análisis.

    We set out from the incorporation of the tale of oral tradition in the children´s literature and /or juvenile literature, and this fact makes us think about questions on the process of the rewriting, making literature of the tale and the new context of reception.

    Refer to the resulting literary text, we request not just the comparative study but the inmanent critic of that hypertext, new authorial text in the lij. System. The need for a critic is defended and a number of guidelines for the analysis are settled.
