Plataforma tecnológica para integrar los plc's del sistema de control de procesos

    La investigación se realizó con el propósito de evaluar la plataforma tecnológica que permitiera la integración de los PLC´s del Sistema de Control de Procesos de Cervecería Modelo C.A. La investigación es de campo del tipo descriptivo-correlacional, con un diseño no experimental de naturaleza transeccional. La población objeto de estudio estuvo constituida por 20 sujetos, y la muestra por el 100% de la población. Se les aplicó un cuestionario de preguntas cerradas; utilizando la escala tipo Likert cuyos ítems tuvieron una dirección positiva, y como reactivos: (5) siempre, (4) casi siempre, (3) algunas veces, (2) casi nunca y (1) nunca. Se validó el contenido y la estructura del cuestionario a través de la opinión de cuatro expertos. Se recolectó la información y se procesó el resultado de una muestra aleatoria de diez sujetos para determinar la confiabilidad del instrumento aplicándole el estadístico alfa Cronbach. El procesamiento y análisis de los datos se realizó mediante la estadística descriptiva en lo que respecta a frecuencia y porcentaje para obtener la relación entre variables, aplicando el programa Excel. Se comprobó que la tecnología que prevalece es la Fibra Óptica. Se detectó que la población encuestada tendía a escoger la tecnología de Fibra Óptica pero difería de lo expuesto en el marco teórico acerca de la tecnología inalámbrica o wireless. Se recomienda por lo tanto el empleo de la tecnología de Fibra Óptica en la integración de los PLC´s. Finalmente, se comprobó que tanto la tecnología de Fibra Óptica como la Ethernet y la combinación de las mismas pueden ser utilizadas para lograr la integración.

    The investigation was made in order to evaluate the technological platform that allowed to the integration of the PLC´s of the System of Process control of Cervecería Modelo C.A. The investigation is of field of the descriptive correlational type, with a no experimental design of transactional nature. The population study object was constituted by 20 subjects, and the sample by the 100% of the population. A questionnaire of closed questions was applied to them; using the scale Likert type whose items had a positive direction, and like reagents: (5) always, (4) almost always, (3) some times, (2) almost never and (1) never. One validated the content and the structure of the questionnaire through the opinion of four experts. The information was collected and the turn out of a random sample of ten subjects was processed to determine the trustworthiness of the instrument applying to him the statistical Cronbach alpha. The processing and analysis of the data were made by means of the descriptive statistic with regard to frequency and percentage to obtain the relation between variables, applying the Excel program. It was verified that the technology that prevails is the Optical fiber. The encuested population tended to choose the Optical fiber technology but it differed from the theoretical exposed thing within the framework about the wireless technology. It is recommended therefore the use of the Optical fiber technology in the integration of the PLC´s. Finally, it was verified that as much the Optical fiber technology as the Ethernet or the combination of the same ones can be used to obtain the integration.
