Niveles de atenuación troposférica en el departamento de la guajira

    Con la presente investigación se obtuvieron los niveles de atenuación troposférica de las señales de radiofrecuencia en el departamento de La Guajira república de Colombia, debida al fenómeno atmosférico de la lluvia a diferentes frecuencias. Se fundamentó en el análisis estadístico del comportamiento pluviométrico histórico de puntos geográficos estratégicos de la zona estudiada, que representan en forma confiable el parámetro investigado, con base en la recomendación ITU-838R. El estudio es de tipo no experimental, de campo, descriptivo y longitudinal. Se obtiene el desvanecimiento de las señales a diferentes frecuencias para cada mes del año y se generan las gráficas que muestran el comportamiento del mismo. Los resultados obtenidos son de mucha importancia para los entes públicos y privados involucrados en el tema de las comunicaciones de radio ya que permiten planificarlas y diseñarlas para la zona en cuestión con mínimos márgenes de error y por otro lado permite ir construyendo un mapa general de atenuación por lluvia para el país. Los datos pluviométricos usados en esta investigación fueron suministrados por el IDEAM y procesados con un software desarrollado en MatLab.

    With the present investigation the levels of tropospherical attenuation of the radiofrequency signs were obtained for the La Guajira department Colombian republic, due to the atmospheric phenomenon of the rain to different frequencies. It was based in the statistical analysis of the behavior historical pluviametrical of strategic geographical points of the studied area that represent in reliable form the investigated parameter, with base in the recommendation ITU-838R. The study is of non experimental type, of field, descriptive and longitudinal. The dissipation is obtained from the signs to different frequencies for every month of the year and the graphs are generated that show the behavior of the same one. The obtained results are of a lot of importance for the public and private entities involved since in the topic of the radio communications they allow to plan them and to design them for the area in question with minimum error margins and on the other hand allows to go building a general map of attenuation for rain for the country. The pluviametrical data used in this investigation were given by the IDEAM and processed with a software developed in MatLab.
