Las crisis social, ambiental y, ahora también, financiera y económica, no hacen mas que abundar en las razones para un cambio de los modelos de desarrollo a todos los niveles.
El articulo revisa las condiciones para el cambio, deseables y obligadas a nivel global, así como la Agenda para el Cambio, a reforzar y aplicar a nivel de la UE para que ésta lidere el Cambio. También analiza los escenarios con futuro para que España participe en ambos y, sobre todo, lidere como oportunidad el cambio a nivel nacional e incluso la tercera revolución industrial, dado su potencial en energías de fuentes renovables, y el necesario cambio radical, en cualquier caso, del actual modelo de desarrollo.

The permanent social and environmental crisis and the nowadays economic and financial ones add only to the reasons for a change in the development models at all levels.
The article reviews the preconditions for change at global level, the EU Agenda for Change to be reinforced and above all implemented at EU level, so that the EU can show the way and lead the Change.
Also analyces the scenarios with a future for Spain, so that Spain can participate in both changes and act as a showcase , participating and even leading this third industrial revolution and obtaining the competitive advantages of the pioneers, considering in particular the potentials in renewable energy sources and the need, in any case, of a radical change in Spain�s ongoing development model.
