    «The church is not where the human capacity fails, but in the middle of the village»: these words by Dietrich Bonhoeffer, written in a time when the believing conscience seemed to experience God's exile and silence in the tragedy of the war and the horrors of the Shoah, seem to suggest a programme which is fair to keep to if we want to give a responsible answer to the question � What sense does it make to talk about God today? While updating the messages from Bonhoeffer, Mons. Bruno Forte tries to answer the question, this time, in a world linked amongst itself by the gimes of power and by the communications networks. A world that he calls «global neighbourhoodness». The article defends that to talk about God in this post-modern world there are at least three main scenarios to be taken into consideration. The first, Europe and the parable of the Enlightenment, while now entering among the uncertainties of post-modernity; second, the South of the earth, the «other sido of history», the world of the poor and oppressed and of their grief. And third, the interfaith dialogue. The meeting between the great universal religions. �How to live facing the challenge of meeting with the different religions, the double faithfulness to the present world and the world still to come? With more questions than answers, the article is a deep attempt to think about faith facing the numerous changes experienced by our society in the years that have past.

    «L'Església no es troba allá on fracassa la capacitat humana, sinó al mig de la vila»: aquestes paraules de Dietrich Bonhoeffer, escrites en un temps en qué la consciéncia creient semblava experimentar el desterrament i el silenci de Déu en la tragédia de la guerra i els horrors de la Shoah, deixen entreveure un programa al qual és just atenir-se si és que volem donar una resposta responsable a la pregunta «Quin sentit té parlar de Déu avui?». Tot actualitzant el missatge de Bonhoeffer, Mn. Bruno Forte prova de respondre la pregunta, aquesta vegada en un món vinculat entre si pels jocs de poder i per la xarxa de comunicacions; un món que ell anomena «el veïnatge global». L'article defensa que per poder parlar de Déu en aquest món postmodern almenys són tres els principals escenaris que s'han de tenir en compte. El primer, Europa i la parábola de la Il�lustració, tot entrant ara a les incerteses de la postmodernitat; el segon, el sud de la Terra, el «revers de la história», el món deis pobres i deis oprimits, i del seu dolor. 1 el tercer, el diàleg interreligiós, la trobada entre grans religions universals. Com viure, davant els reptes del trobament amb les diferents religions, la doble fidelitat al món present i al món que ha de venir? Amb més preguntes que respostes l'article és un intent profund de pensar la fe davant els nombrosos canvis que ha experimentat la nostra societat en els últims anys.
