    LAS RELACIONES BANCA-INDUSTRIA EN ESPAÑA. PARTICIPACIONES BANCARIAS EN EL PERÍODO 1992-1997. El presente trabajo pretende una paroximación a las relaciones banca-industria mediante el estudio de los niveles de participación en el capital de otras empresas que bancos, cajas de ahorros y cooperativas de crédito han mantenido durante el período que comprende los años 1992 a 1997. Como introducción al estudio, se analizan los diferentes aspectos teóricos sobre las relaciones banca-industria, destacando, por su importancia, las repercusiones que las mismas tienen para la gestión, tanto de las entidades de crédito como de las empresas que son participadas. También se ofrece un análisis comparativo entre los diferentes estudios efectuados hasta el momento sobre el tema.

    The present work tries to approach the bank-industry relationships by means of the study of the levels of participation that banks, saving banks, and credit co-operative have maintained during the period that includes the years 1992/1997 in the capital of other companies. As an introduction to the study, different theories are analysed on bank-industry relationships, emphasizing their importance for the management of the credit entities, as well as that of the companies participated by them. Also, a comparative analysis of the different studies on the subject carried out until the moment is offered.
