Los grandes valores de nuestros sistemas sanitarios actuales giran en torno a dos ejes: la personalización y la continuidad asistencial.
En aras a conseguir unos óptimos resultados para nuestros pacientes en cuanto al segundo aspecto, la hoja de recomendaciones de Enfermería post asistencial, se erige como un elemento crucial que forma parte del Informe de Continuidad de Cuidados.
Ante estos retos tan innovadores en la asistencia, nos preguntamos mediante el presente trabajo si realmente existen EVIDENCIAS que avalen la eficacia de tales informes de recomendaciones, y si en realidad los estamos emitiendo de forma eficiente desde nuestro ámbito de trabajo.
Así lo llevamos a cabo en nuestra Consulta de Enfermería de pacientes urológicos en tratamiento con citostáticos instilados vía vesical:
a todos se les entrega una hoja el primer día del comienzo del tratamiento, con una serie de recomendaciones escritas que son reforzadas verbalmente. Siempre, en el ámbito de la calidez que permite la acogida del paciente y su familia.

The great values of our current health systems turn about two central themes: the personalization and the assistance's continuity. For the sake of obtaining some optimum results for our patients as for the second aspect, the record of recommendations of post-assistance nursing is erected as a crucial element that is part of the Report of Continuity of Cares.
In the face of these so innovative challenges in the assistance, we wonder through the present research if there is real EVIDENCE that guarantee the efficiency of such recommendation reports, and if in fact we are emitting them efficiently from our working area Like this, we carry it out in our Nursing Practice of urological patients in treatment for instilled cytostatic in vesical way: a sheet is delivered to all of them the first day at the beginning of the treatment, with a series of written recommendations that are reinforced verbally. Always, in the warm way that allows the welcome of the patient and their family.
