  • The importance of television, as a complex means and as a member of the so-called multimedia affects the system of the Right of Information. Even though, through the Law Principles, there are stabilizing elements which refer lo subjects and messages that must have introduced specific rules which concern television, being considered as a mass medium and through programming it becomes information means as well. In any case, if Law is able lo manage its positive aspects and its dangers; television is a great means lo make the natural Right lo Information efficient.
