Resumen de ALCA: un proyecto hegemónico
The aim of this article is to show that FTAA is not a regional integration project. FTAA is an agreement of free trade which means the expansion of the NAFTA all over the continent. It is a non democratic project which will deepen Latin American States weakness against the reinforced power of the big multinational corporation. FTAA constitutes an important strategy of the USA hegemonic policy for the continent which will limit the possibility to revert the present neoliberal policies.
