  Under the Fifth Republic revisionism has not affected the Government. However, behind the efficiency of a function that has adapted (majority rule, Europe, deconcentration), one perceives the inadequacy of the Government with regard to such requirements of democracy as the readability of public policy and responsibility.

  Le révisionnisme, sous la Ve République, ne concerne pas le gouvernement. Pourtant, derrière l’efficacité d’une fonction qui s’est adaptée (fait majoritaire, Europe, déconcentration), on perçoit l’inadéquation d’un organe avec ces exigences de la démocratie que sont la lisibilité de l’action publique et la responsabilité.
