  • The present article constitute a reflexion of epistemological and pragmatical character about the interesting possibilites of building up Science of Law on the main basic of the study of a Juridical Text within a broat disciplinary frame susceptible of actual true scientific humanistic acceptability. It is developed within the recient controversy about human Sciences, and methodological status of proposing a textual-linguistic and rhetorical integration broadly disciplinary in order to elaborate a general Juridical Rhetoric as well as to stablish in extension the object of a general Philology.
