  El tratamiento del dolor es uno de los campos en el que la fisioterapia se utiliza con mayor frecuencia.

  En artículos previos ya se ha hablado sobre las bases neurofisiológicas de la transmisión del dolor y también sobre la valoración del paciente con dolor.

  Es, pues, el momento de comenzar a hablar de tratamiento.

  En primer lugar hemos descrito las técnicas fisioterápicas más frecuentemente utilizadas en el tratamiento del dolor y sus niveles fisiológicos de actuación.

  A continuación hemos realizado una búsqueda bibliográfica en la que se han investigado los tratamientos realizados para el control del dolor en ciertas patologías y los resultados obtenidos para unas técnicas u otras.

  Pain treatment is one of the fields of the physicaltherapy that we use with more frecuency.

  In previous articles we have already spoke about neurophysiologics bases in the transmission of the pain and about the valoration of the patient with pain.

  It is the moment to start speaking about treatment.

  First we have described the physical therapy tecnics more frecuently used in pain treatment and their physiologic levels of actuation.

  To continue we have realized a bibliographic search about the treatments realized to the control of the pain in certain patologies and the results obtained to some tecnics or another ones.
