L'object d'aquest article és fer algunes observacions sobre un aspecte del drama satíric que no ha estat gaire tingut en compte en els estudis sobre aquest gènere: l'aspecte dialògic, la trobada de "logoi" entre els personatges de la tradició mitològica i els sàtirs. En concret, s'hi tracta de la figura de Silè, des d'un enfocament al marge de la discussió habitual sobre el seu status com a personatge. Mitjançant un seguit d'exemples presos d'El ciclop d'Eurípides, es mostra l'avantatge de comptar amb una figura individual en el grup satíric: Silè traça en l'espai dramàtic una sèrie d'interessants simetries, emmirallant els diversos personatges de l'obra; però l'especularitat no es dóna només en una direcció, perquè la construcció mateixa d'aquests personatges es troba afectada per la presència de Silè i la seva intervenció en el diàleg.

The object of this article is to make some observations on one aspect of Satyric drama thar has never been given much attention in the studies on this genre: its dialogic aspect, the encounter of "logoi" between characters from mythic tradition and satyrs. It deals particularly with the figure of Silenos, quite independently from the current discussions on his status as character. Several examples taken from Euripides' Cyclops show the effectiveness of an individual figure within the group of satyrs. Silenos draws some interesting symmetries in the dramatic space that mirror the various characters in the play; but specularity goes in more than one direction, since the construction itself of such characters is affected by the presence of Silenos and his participation in the dialogue.
