En este artículo nos proponemos de ilustrar el momento formativo de la comunidad lingüística judeoespañola a través del análisis de once textos aljamiados procedentes de cuatro colecciones de responsa rabínicos publicadas entre 1595 y 1651. Se trata de testimonios procesales, de nivel lingüístico variado, pero mediamente bastante coloquial.
En la primera parte del artículo, se ofrece la transcripción anotada de los textos; en la segunda, se analizan sus rasgos lingüísticos más relevantes.

In this article we analyse 11 Judeo-Spanish texts in Hebrew script from four collections of rabinic Responsa published between 1595 and 1651 ¿ the formative period of the Judeo Spanish linguistic community. The texts are declarations of witnesses at Rabbinic tribunals, and their linguistic level is varied, but generally rather informal.
The first part of the article consists of the transcription of the texts in Latin script, with notes; the second part, of the analys of the meaningful linguistic features of the texts.
